The need for larger
power supplies is finally here. It seems like only a few days ago
it would have been major overkill to have an 850 watt power supply in
your personal computer. With the recent release of the 8800 series
from Nvidia and the Quad core CPUs starting to come out, it appears that
a good 400 to 500 watt power supply may not be enough, or at least the
bare minimum. Etasis has just sent us over their top power supply
the ET850. Let's take a look at it and see how it does.
