ESR-9710 Wireless-N Gigabit Router Continued

The EnGenius ESR-9710 is a great looking router with in an elegant white enclosure. Sure, most routers look about the same, but EnGenius's clean look gives you something you can show off, not something you try to hide.

Another thing that is different with this router is the reset button is located in the front, not in the back. Although a reset button is rarely used, it will be a lot easier to locate, especially once all the cables are connected.

You may also notice the "WPS" button on the front panel. WPS stands for "wireless protected setup". By pressing this button, the router will automatically synchronize with other wireless devices on your network that support Wi-Fi protected setup.

Looking at the back side of the router reveals 4 10/1000/1000 gigabit switch ports along with a single internet port for connecting to the WAN port of a cable or DSL modem.

On the bottom of the router are a pair of wall mounts. This is a nice feature for those who would like to mount the router on a wall, ceiling, or even to hide it under a shelf.
