Final thoughts and Conclusion

The OCZ XTC memory is easily the fastest memory I have ever tested.  Now I have to build up the rest of my system to catch up to the speed of the memory.  But this speed doesn't come cheaply.  $479 may not seem like a good price for 2GB of memory, but we are talking about extremely fast memory.  A quick comparison at Newegg, shows that even the lowest quality 2GB kit of PC2-8000 was over $400.  With that being said, $479 doesn't seem like a bad price for OCZ quality and customer service.  If you want the absolute most out of your system, you need to have this memory.  It's hard to believe that a 2GB kit can achieve this speed with these timings, but OCZ has done it again.  They continue to deliver high-quality, bleeding edge technology.  Get yours today.
