If you are a pocket hard drive junkie like I am, you're always looking for the next cool device that can store even more than the last. Over the years they crew at ClubOC have reviewed just about everything on the market from 32mb flash drives to portable notebook hard drives. Now there is something new from Seagate that fits somewhere nicely between portable hard drives and lighter sized flash drives. Seagate's new 5Gb USB 2.0 Pocket Hard Drive is smaller than the portable notebook hard drive, but larger than a flash drive. The case itself is only about 2" across, but the drive inside is far smaller. Inside this cool looking case is a real 1" hard drive, not a flash drive! Only Seagate could have been so innovative... With hard drives as small as 1", the possibilities are limitless... It wont be long before we see our PDAs and cell phones take advantage of this new micro technology.
